Our Approach
A design-build approach that established a unified design language across all three spaces before any work began — shaker cabinetry in a consistent warm white, similar hardware and fixture finishes throughout, and a continuous wide-plank white oak floor that connected kitchen to dining to entry.
The Results
Three spaces with a unified, intentional design identity — the hallmark of a professionally managed design-build project rather than a room-by-room renovation. The house sold two years later for well above comparable homes on the street.
