For larger whole-home projects, we typically recommend temporary relocation. For phased projects where one section is renovated at a time, many families remain in the home.
Yes. We self-perform most finish carpentry, tile, and cabinetry, and we manage all specialty trades — plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting — under our general contractor license.
